Passion equal to Power

The power to attract a customer is one of the most sought after ideas of our times. Whether you work selling products or services for Fortune 500 companies or you're an entrepreneur you know that attracting Customers is important to your survival. Customer attraction is magical for some and down right hard systematic work for others. But for Customer Passion Evangelist customer attraction is fun, exciting and exhilarating. Serving one customer effectively can lead to hundreds or thousands more just like them.

The number one Focus for every company on earth has been Customer Power. Look at all the books that have been written on the subject of Customers lately and you'll see that Customer Power has become a force to be reckoned with. In previous articles, I've referenced the fact that history has shown us that for generation's people have used all types of power to influence the future direction of civilization. But none has captivated and held an audience of viewers mesmerized like the subject of Customer Power. Why? Because customers have the ability to control the economy and what's more powerful now is that they know it.

Living Customer Power out loud...

Since the launch of the Internet, customers have been taking their position to impressively impact every industry known to man. They know their rights and you know they know. You can see their impact everywhere across the net in blogs and on websites. In the past when a customer complained, their story was only heard by a few within the store. Often times their voice was suppressed and confined to a little brown wooden box called the "Suggestion Box". But now that the customer suggestion box cannot be hidden and has gone public, customers are speaking once but louder than ever as their voice is being captured online for all to see. So how do you deal with customers who know their rights and who understand that they have Customer Power? Listen very carefully...its real simple treat customers with the respect they deserve and always serve them with passion.

Customer Passion the only harness for Customer Power...

Benjamin Franklin through observation asked a question to the clouds that harnessed the power of electricity. Leonardo Da Vinci asked thousands of questions that allowed him to formulate inventions for machines that could not be mass-produced until hundreds of years later. The key to attracting customers is to SERVE them with PASSION and some of my clients are finally starting to get it! SERVED with PASSION.

Failing to SERVE is a problem...Dollar signs in your eyes

The biggest problems we have with customers are not because of them but they are problems within ourselves. Our failure to meet their needs in the ways they need is the biggest problem of them all and this very well might be an inability to see our own faults. If you invent your opportunity, you'll create your future.
