Thanks GOD!

After finished up our appointment at 2pm, we start to go home and pack our luggage to drive back to ipoh. We pick up both moms and my brother in law along the way. We have a smooth journey home until we arrive at Slim River, Perak where loud sounds came from the back of the car, we slow down the car on the emergency lane and for safety reason, i went out alone to check out what wrong with the car. Immediately i found out one of the back Run Flat tyre failed.
I cal SOS phone on the roadside and is not working until the Plusline Ronda arrive to assist us. He told us the car need to be towed to BIDOR to get our tyre change. After further discussion, we decided to bring the tyre only to BIDOR and get it replaced.
Gosh, when the tyre removed out from the car, the Run Flat tyre completely burst and the Polis Plusline said we must thanks GOD that saves our lives. As we run on very high speed along the highway, the tyre really saves us. I pray to GOD nothing bad happens to my family members as i alone follow the Police to BIDOR to get new tyre.
After an hour, i finally back to Slim River and fix the new tyre into the position. All my family members is in order and i truly thanks GOD for your blessing. I will keep continue to do ONLY good things in life and help more people. I will keep giving more to people and expect less.
I'm truly tired now after many days of extreme hard work with my wife and thanks to our clients who believe in us and gives us a chance to serve them. Thanks. We will do a good job.
Have a nice weekend. Godnite.
I would like to say thanks to GOD that really saves our lives. GOD bless.

I'm back...

July since i last blog, i left out the blog in search of true meaning of life and also my career. After months of thought and taught, i understand more about life. We must know what is right and wrong first before we step into the second stage.

In life most of us search for true happiness. What is true happiness? Earn good income that you never earn before? You prove yourself that you can do it as well? or you have good cars or big bangalow? Or travel around the world without having to work? In life, the true happiness came from doing the right thing and a glimpse of smile from your clients and also your beloved family members. For example, a claim cheque deliver to a client is the true happiness in life. The sense of responsibility, work dedication, caring to our customer. You really did a proper job in the right way.

That is what i'm embarking on to search for true happiness. It is a long tough roads in front with many seem not convince, not believing, nor bother about it. To accomplish that journey, we must first really determine to achieve it, only then we able to walk step by step, to defy other peoples criticism, people condemn about you and people start to query about your mission, it is true..you want to do this?

Only you can make the difference. Only you can answer the question. People said once you made a mistake, you tend to wake up and then follow back the same old path again because of their perception. Only you yourself know the answer.

We must be thankful to everybody who help us along the way. Simple word of thanks. However, we must always keep the word thanks deep in our heart and remember them forever. Always believe in KARMA. How you treat people is how they will treat us back.

Be honest, have integrity and be professional in whatever we do. We will never go wrong if we follow this philosophy. Trust is something you need to earn yourself. Keep doing the right thing, and things will be all right. Life is more peaceful and everybody beside you also share the same atmosphere.

Be a Man and live like a man. To everybody, year 2009 is about the end. Make sure, we don't leave anything behind, forward is the way to go. No regret. Make it a successful year. Compete in the most positive and healthy way.

Whatever the outcome or position at the end of the year is not important, what more important you did put in tremendous amount of hard work along the way and do it with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Best of luck to everyone, VAMOS!!!!!!!!

Success the Feng Shui Way

Hardwork people always become rich people, lazy people definitely poor people: by Joey Yap

Today is Saturday, no half day work but full day work. Early in the morning, went to client's office and meet one of the client. Although i had to wait for him for about an hour, the patience paid off handsomely and the client agreed to invest for his children's education plan. Great way to start a brand new day.

This customer is generous enough as through conversation, i mentioned i will move in to my new house at Puchong Prima in 2 weeks time and he straight away without hesitation gives me a present that i loves very much. Thanks Uncle C T. I will fulfill my promise and responsibility with honesty. I'm just a lucky boy.

Then i spend time to celebrate birthday party at the company. I had satay and cake, very nice indeed. I ate simple nowadays. That how i become slimmer and fitter and have great looks::))

Thereafter i had to rush to Sunway Resort Hotel to meet my new partner, Ruben. We had Joey Yap for company. He shared his success story, how an accounting student graduate become a master in feng shui and become multi millionaire at the age of 32. Magnificent, a standard and benchmark for me and my group of people to achieve. He mentioned we need to work hard everyday and don't waste time on unnecessary things if we really want to change our current lifestyle so as wealth. Lazy people are poor people and no need to seek advice from feng shui consultant.

Then my wife, Pauline, bought Joey Yap's book title "Feng Shui for Homebuyers" personally signed by Joey Yap and we had several photo shots. Lucky girl, hope it will bring more lucks when we move to our new home.

Then, from business to become family man. I brought my wife pauline, Henry and Karen to have dinner at Pavillion. Simple and nice dinner. I'm happy because mom and everybody is happy. My wife of course now more happier person than ever before, she had all the freedom to do whatever or buy whatever she prefer.

I'm a bit tired now but im still very ok. Enjoy your weekend. Take care.

Story to LIVE by

There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind. She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her. She told her boyfriend, 'If I could only see the world, I will marry you.'
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages came off, she was able to see everything, including her boyfriend.

He asked her, 'Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?' Thegirl looked at her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She hadn't expected that. The thought of looking at them the rest of her lifeled her to refuse to marry him.
Her boyfriend left in tears and days later wrote a note to her saying: 'Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for before they were yours, they were mine.
This is how the human brain often works when our status changes. Only a very few remember what life was like before, and who was always by their side in the most painful situations.
Today before you say an unkind word - Think of someone who can't speak.
Before you complain about the taste of your food - Think of someone who has nothing to eat.
Before you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someonewho's crying out to GOD for a companion.
Today before you complain about life - Think of someone who died too early on this earth.
Before you complain about your children - Think of someone who desires children but they're barren.
Before you argue about your dirty house someone didn't clean or sweep - Think of the people who are living in the streets.
Before whining about the distance you drive Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.
And when you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job.
But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another - Remember that not one of us is without sin.
And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down - Put a smile onyour face and think: you're alive and still around.

Attitude

1. Attitude is Everything

The process of human change begins within us. We all have tremendous potential. We all desire good results from our efforts. Most of us are willing to work hard and to pay the price that success and happiness demand.

Each of us has the ability to put our unique human potential into action and to acquire a desired result. But the one thing that determines the level of our potential that produces the intensity of our activity, and predicts the quality of the result we receive is our attitude.

Attitude determines how much of the future we are allowed to see. It decides the size of our dreams and influences our determination when we are faced with new challenges. No other person on earth has dominion over our attitude. People can affect our attitude by teaching us poor thinking habits or unintentionally misinforming us or providing us with negative sources of influence, but no one can control our attitude unless we voluntarily surrender that control.

No one else "makes us angry." We make ourselves angry when we surrender control of our attitude. What someone else may have done is irrelevant. We choose, not they. They merely put our attitude to a test. If we select a volatile attitude by becoming hostile, angry, jealous or suspicious, then we have failed the test. If we condemn ourselves by believing that we are unworthy, then again, we have failed the test.

If we care at all about ourselves, then we must accept full responsibility for our own feelings. We must learn to guard against those feelings that have the capacity to lead our attitude down the wrong path and to strengthen those feelings that can lead us confidently into a better future.
If we want to receive the rewards the future holds in trust for us, then we must exercise the most important choice given to us as members of the human race by maintaining total dominion over our attitude. Our attitude is an asset, a treasure of great value, which must be protected accordingly. Beware of the vandals and thieves among us who would injure our positive attitude or seek to steal it away.

Having the right attitude is one of the basics that success requires. The combination of a sound personal philosophy and a positive attitude about ourselves and the world around us gives us an inner strength and a firm resolve that influences all the other areas of our existence.

Keep Movin Forward

After 6 months of hardwork but still not hard enough, this is the day to review and study what went wrong and what went right in the first half. Success is easy to achieve by talking. It is never easy by action. Yet every people on this planet chose to be successful by talking.

To be successful by action, we really require lots of everything from hardwork, passion, right attitude, planning and timing and so many more. When we move forward, there is always obstacles, challenges that try to hinder you from movin forward or even pull you few steps back. This is the most crucial part among others. The ability to counter challenges and stay mentally tough by keep movin one step ahead at a time until we reach our ultimate goal for the year. Many people would have given up by this time citing numerous reasons and excuses.

To stay defiant, we really need to know what is our objectives, why are we work so hard? Work so hard to achieve what? What do you really want to achieve by year end? Once we got this answer comprehensively, then this "distraction" will not stop us from movin forward. We not only need to move but move in a very fast pace manner. The world is not stopping for any second, we got to make every second out of it.

That become a self motivation everyday, no matter what criticism you receive on that day, you know clearly what you want in life, make a super effort to change and defy their criticism. Thats to me is the most effective way to prove to yourself. Always challenge yourself and not challenge others. Only then, we can keep movin forward everyday. Don't compare yourself with anybody, because everyone is unique by themselves.

For me, i will to double my current effort to ensure i achieve my ultimate goal for the year. I never learnt so much as before with passionate guidance from my mentor. I never change so much without him. My work commitment and attitude become even better under him. Thanks so much, results at the end of the year is the best present for him.

Don't let ego that the small results that achieved 6 months ago carry into my head. It is very important to stay focus 200%. Result means nothing if i stop right here right now and start to "enjoy", this is not the right way.

I learnt everyday that if we continue to do good things everyday, good things will come everyday. Keep doing the right things in everything we do. Finally, i must or we must to stay HONESTY, INTEGRITY, AND PROFESSIONALISM if we choose to be successful in our lives.

To be honest, live is very fun when we successful, thus keep working very very hard and make ourselves very very rich. Then life is even doubly fun.

For today sunday, i have full day appointment back in ipoh, not dating, not lunch or dinner gathering but to provide solutions to customer needs. Take care and best wishes.

Home on Sunday

Im back to Ipoh late evening yesterday to spend quality time with my lovely mom and of course my wife. To be frank, i'm a boy who will be home sick everytime. But that the sacrifices that i should and will take to develop my career and continue to pursuit my journey to become Champions this year. I had a flash back while i'm driving alone and i felt emotional in the sense that i really work so hard everyday to pursuit my goal of the year and my journey to become millionaire at very young age.

It really worth it when you begin to see the results start to kickin, it's just the beginning and nothing will be taken to granted. Focus and continue dedication to do the right things everyday is far more important that what had been achieved. Thanks to all my customers that landed me a huge support, thanks so much. I will do my utmost to deliver timely service to all of you.

Nothing really counts if i don't achieve our end results and stop right now and be happy and satisfied with what i have. Thanks to my guru, i have a chance to experience something i never had a chance experienced before, i achieve something i never achieved before, and so many other eye-opening experiences, i treasure and learn from it. Opportunity is not always around, but once it comes, be 200% sure don't let it go.

I will continue to dedicate myself in my career and build strong and sustainable empire. The road will never be smooth so as the sea where it will be as rough as ever, life is not meant to be smooth anyway, it is the courage and self determination that will determine a successful person or vice versa. Don't give up no matter how many criticism it will be directed towards you, take it and move on in our lives. Be tough mentally and be sure what you want in lives and always have a plan that can be execute right now.

May will end in couple of weeks time, time moves as fast as it can, we can't afford any wastage as times mean money. Don't look left and right anymore, straight ahead is the road where we all want to go.

Will back to Kuala Lumpur on tuesday and war will start again. Very challenging, be sure you equipped properly only win is the only solution to the problems.

Enjoy your weekend, as for my guru, he still had couple of appointments today. He is tough machine and will never stop working. Best of luck and see you next week.

Cheers...

Government Job

A guy went to the Post Office to apply for a job. The interviewer asked him, 'Are you allergic to anything? He replied, 'yes - caffeine'. Have you ever been in the military service? 'Yes,' he replied.' I was in Iraq for two years.' The interviewer said, 'That will give you 5 extra points toward employment.

Then he asked, are you disabled in any way?' The guy said,

'Yes.... a roadside bomb exploded near me and I lost both of my testicles.' The interviewer said O.K. - You've got enough points for me to hire you right now. Our normal hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

You can start tomorrow at 10:00 A.M. and plan on starting @ 10:00 A..M. every day. The guy puzzled asks, 'if the work hours are from 8 to 4, why do you want me here at 10? 'This is a government job,' the interviewer said.

'For the first two hours, we just stand around drin kin g coffee and scratching our balls.

No point in you coming in for that beacuse you don't have testicles!'

Successful?How to become Successful?

The word is success is among one of the most favourites words in this society, everybody start to scream, yell, and do whatsoever in talking that they want success and a change in their current lifestyle. The fact remain many of them still be what they are or a little improvement compare to what they have now. Why majority after attending so many motivational courses that claim to be so motivated and powerful that will inspire them to become successful in very near future? There is no problem with the motivational speaker because they are extremely successful or else will not become the speaker, the problem remain with the human being, motivation is just state of mind where it will have a very short memory. The ummp!! factor will not last long if we don't continuously act in positive way to keep the momentum goin.
However, human being who don't have much patience that they can't cope with the pace and tonnes of sacrifices. Everybody sacrifice according to every individual BUT the question is why still not successful? We need to plan, strategize and create the opportunity and many more to win over the business BUT many human just do whatever they have in mind and wait for the problem to araise then only take a look into it.
For example, this morning while i'm driving to office at 6.30am i listen to one young man who claim emotional stress that he only have one last quarter of petrol on his car and need to drive to kl city to work, stress that the petrol will dried up and can't go to work, eventually he managed to get to his destination and now worry bout how he gonna drive back..Why is this happening? Who create the emotional stress and problem? Ain't the human being created this kind of stress? This is simplistic approach to solve the problem. Can't this man just pump RM 20 nearby before drive to kl city to avoid this stress. Ain't the solution simple? But human being is still human being, still like some kind of "excitement" in life that is unneccesary. Imagine, if we are on the way to meet a potential customer and this petrol become an issue? What is the consequences of stop halfway and unable to meet the customer? This is the difference between successful and unsuccessful, there is only a very thin margin that separate both category of people.
I want to successful in my career and life, thus i monitor others and become a reflective mirror to me that certain things i must follow and certain things i must avoid. Few days ago, when i'm back to Ipoh, there is an issue with "small contribution" towards for office maintainance, yet so many objections and reluctant from many parties, i paid rental monthly that i hardly used as i'm in kl and kuching nowadays, BUT a person who said they would like to achieve big this year but spend majority their time discussing on this issue. Time are badly wasted and the cost of time wasting is actually more than "the small contribution which is less than RM 10 monthly". What if you won over the conversation and no more contribution? How much time been lost? People criticize me for actually spoil the "regulation", yes let people criticize and said whatever they want, to be successful we need to dedicate lots of time into our career on how to build more business and continue to prosperevery year.
Ain't that funny when you see on one hand, they scream and yell they want to be successful BUT on the other hand they are allocating majority of the time on this minor issue that eventually this small contribution won't kill them anywhere. Correct me if i'm wrong.
Success is not that hard if we keep focus and doin the right thing all the time and life can be very meaningful and peaceful and spend quality time with your loves one and parents and the rest of the family. When we are successful we can buy whatever we want and eat whatever we want when we can afford everything. Ain't life is beautiful when we are rich and successful, i loves it so much. Yesterday, i'm with my client for lunch at kl city and the BMW 5 series he drove was my main attraction. It really a self automated motivation to me that i will get one myself and work until i can afford it in the shortest time possible. Inspiration is everywhere, just a matter how we perceive it.
Who said if we don't attend motivation courses all the time that we are lacking behind on latest info and we can't be motivated. Only once this year i stop joining after join almost every courses locally and internationally for past 6 years, yet people said i don't behave properly. I have a guru and mentor that i work with hand in hand almost every single day, that is what i wanted for a long long time, personal coach to develop me.
I met many of my clients here in kl and everyone of them are extremely successful, i'm so blessed and lucky to meet them and eventually become my client, continue to do the right thing and we will become as successful as they are. Believe you can do it and Action, stop spending time on unneccesary things and do the right things, we will have what we need in life. Life is short, cherish every moment of it.
May God bless all of us and take care.

Wife and Girlfriend

Some people say:
Wife is a HARIMAU ...............

Girlfriend is HARI HARI MAHU

And some say:
Wife is like TV, Girlfriend is like Handphone (HP)

At home watch TV, Go out bring HP.

No money, sell TV. Got money change HP.

Sometimes enjoy TV but most of the time play with HP.

TV free for life but HP, if you don't pay, the services will be terminated.

TV is big, bulky and most of the time old but HP is cute, slim, curvy and very portable at any time.

Operational cost for TV is often acceptable but for HP is high and often demanding.

Most Important, TV got remote but HP don't have.

Last but not least.......
TV do not have virus but HP have VIRUS......
Once get it, HABIS LAH
.

So better choose TV lah

passion for success

It's been a while since i blog. I just back from work after business discussion with my father and my partner Raymond at coffee shop. Only place where we allow to have dinner until we are successful. Meantime, i just finished up reading Kazuo Inamori - Passion for Success. The author is the founder of Kyocera Corporation, one of the Japan leading entrepreneur. If still unsure about the company, this company is the main sponsor for Reading Football Club in the Barclay's Premiership.
The content of the book is almost similar to any other books that talk about success. The fact remains is that every individual would like to see themselves succeed in their career or life. But yet not many of them really passionate to success. They believe to continue to do the same work again and again and hopefully receive the pay increament at the end of the year or continually hopping from one job to another to seek better paycheck disregard the word "passion".
As for myself, i had been in my career at the 7th year now. Time really moves extremely fast and never stop moving. I had achieve some results in my career back 3 years ago and it really make me "big person" in my company. It seem i'm one of the celebrity and that it what we call "comfort zone" where we totally stop seeking improvement in life and discontinue learning and start to behave which not suppose to be. The danger hole will arrive and waiting for me if i still continue to do what i'm doing.
The ego itself will kill people if we don't manage it properly and it's not easy to handle it in reality until it really hurts you badly. Till then only we start to realize that there was a hole in front and started to plan on how to patch the hole. In reality not many people manage to turn the corner and their life is gone is just a blink of eyes.
If we are so passionate to success, are we ready to admit our own mistake? Not easy at all. But this is the first rule towards the success journey. People besides you will start to admire you that you really admit yourself and now are very much determined to turn the corner to the journey to earn many millions of dollar. Some are touch by it and gives another chance for you to prove yourself and remember opportunity does not come often, once it arrive we got to work very very hard and i put it in my own words which some not disagree which is we got to punish ourselves to the limit when the opportunity arrive. It will not guarantee success but it will gives you a very good chance to achieve success if we prepare to work very very hard and never gives up.
I hardly slept every nite and i spend most of the time travelling to seek new business. It is very dangerous because accident can happen at every corner not within our control. Thus, 1000% efforts, focus and total dedication is needed to the road to success. ONE advantage i have is i have a personal coach and mentor who are equally so fired up to succeed. Listening to him everyday is like listening to Donald Trump everyday. I decided to stop attending motivational courses locally and internationally. I was heavily criticised on making that decisions back in Ipoh. I have decided and i don't bother about the comment anymore. The most important is know what you want and get the best out of it which is the results.
People started to treat and talk to you differently once you achieve some results you never achieve before in life. Yet they are the one who criticized you like nobody when we are in deep deep shit and started to pour tonnes of cold water and even recommend you to change jobs. But today they talk differently and put you up into the sky with the hope that you will share some business ideas with them. The world is so realistic and unfair, accept it and move on in lives. I never ever complaint on anybody, everything happen for a reason and it is only ourselves to blame for own creation. I can said i really accept the fact and admit the mistake, don't ever said sorry but to work damn hard everyday to prove to yourself you are far more better than what i'm currently in order to forgive yourself.
March will end soon and my team of people still continually seek opportunity which Donald Trump said keep creating luck. Luck will come when we are so persistent to seek opportunity in business. The total amount of business we created on the first quarter is equalvalent to 6 years total business. We got to moves on, it will mean nothing if we stop now. We will continually seek opportunity whenever we meet new prospects.
Be humble all the time, there is no whatsover reason to talk big and how good we are, i will continue my father footstep to live humbly forever in my life. Make ourselves rich and stay humble.
In order to pursue success, i realize we cannot only work everyday but we also must reward ourselves from time to time. Only then, we are constantly in full steam and enegectic all the time to do our business. For example, i goes shopping once a month in KL with my lovely wife and we allocate reasonable amount of money to be spend on that day including fine dining at restaurant within the shopping mall. I don't shop if people knows me well but the satisfaction came when i able to make my wife happy. Donald Trump mentioned don't buy quantity and special offer items usually sell at low prices. If we shop, look for quality. When we continue to read Donald's message, he is trying to convey that in business, this will inculcate into a habit in our lives where we seek quality in business and don't satisfy yourself too easily. Constantly demand on ourselves to perform and deliver better compare to yesterday. Habit can't be developed in one day, it tooks time and total dedication. It doesnt mean that if we start to shop quality, then you be sucessful, it is only one part to inculcate a good business habit.
On this saturday, me, father and Raymond will go NorthPort, Klang to collect my car. I would like to thanks to dad who really support his son in difficult time and now his son got BMW- bought from Raymond at very "buddy" price. Thanks Raymond. Definitely i will not boasting around but self satisfaction is awesome. I got another new toy in my life and many many more will be on the way if we focus towards our career.
Lastly, time to get to work, cherish and remember the past, what is far more important is NOW. Do we really want success in life? if YES, don't look left and right anymore, we need POSITIVE ACTION. GAMBATEH!!!
GOODNITE.

The New Science of Getting Rich

Before i went back Ipoh yesterday, i manage to take time off to MidValley Megamall to update my Garmin GPS and it is fantastic after latest update. Then, went to ATM machine to withdraw money for weekend usage and straight head to MPH bookstore. I finish reading my OSHO's books bought in New DElhi, India.

So i bought the book by Wallace D. Wattles title "the new science of getting rich" and i read the entire book this morning. I suprised myself, the reason is that the content was so interesting that you can't even spend time to go washroom.

Below is the summary:

1) No one can live a really complete or successful life unless they're rich.

2) Everyone has the right to be free and unrestricted use of all the things they need for their fullest mental, spiritual, and physical development. Everyone have the right to be rich.

3) The tide of opportunity moves in different directions, according to the needs of the whole and the state of the society, and those who goes with the tide, instead of trying to swim against it, find an abundance of opportunities.

4) The way we do things is the direct result of the way we think about things. And to think what you really want to think is to think TRUTH, regardless of appearance.

5) Competition and Sacrifice is unneccesary and useless. You must rid yourself of the tought of competition. You are "made in the image of the Creator," here to create, not to compete for what is already created.

6) You don't have to take anything away from anyone

7) The desire for riches is simply our own capacity for larger life seeking fulfillment, so nature is friendly to your plans. Everything is naturally on your side. The universe desires you to have everything you want to have

8) "you don't have to drive sharp bargains" means you don't need to deal with them unfairly. You don't have to get something for nothing; rather, you can give everyone more than you take.

9) When you give everyone more in use value than you receive in cash value, you're adding to the life of the world with every business transaction and you don't have to beat anybody in business to get rich.

10) When you fully realize the fact that your desire for the possession of riches is at one with the desire of the supreme power for more complete expression, your faith become invincible.

GRATITUDE

a) Believe that there is one intelligent substance from which all things proceed

b) Believe that this substance gives you everything you desire

c) Relate to that intelligent substance through a feeling of deep and profound gratitude

11) The more gratefully we fix our minds on the supreme source when good things come to us, the more good things we will receive, and the more rapidly they will come. The reason for this is simply that an attitude of gratitude draws the mind closer to the source from which all blessings come

12) To fix your attention on the best is to surround yourself with the best and to become the best. The grateful mind continually perceives good things, which becomes expectation of more of the same, which becomes faith; a deep understanding and knowledge

13) To be rich is to think in the certain way. To think in the certain way, we must be clear and precise. We must form a clear and definite mental picture of what you want; you can't transmit an idea into the substance unless you have it clearly yourself

14) To become rich, all you need is to accomplish your goal so that you know what you want and to want it badly enough that it will stay in your thought.

15) Behind your clear vision must be real intention to realize it, to bring it into tangible expression.

16) To get rich, you need only to use your willpower on yourself

17) If you want to become rich, don't study poverty. Get rich is the way to help the poor. The poor don't need charity, they need inspiration. If you want to help the poor, demonstrate to them they can become rich. BUT first you must become rich

18) Give your attention wholly to riches. Do not focus on any form of poverty, lack or distress

19) An ounce of doing is worth a pound of theorizing

ACTING IN THE CERTAIN WAY

a) you must give everyone more in use value than they give you in cash value

b) forming a clear and distinct mental image of what you want

c) holding fast to your intention to get what you want

d) realizing with grateful faith that you do get what you want

20) By thought, whatever you focus on is brought to you. By action, you receive it.

21) Every day is either successful day or day of failures, and it is successful day that you get what you want. If everyday is a success, you can't fail to get rich

22) Do, every day, all that can be done that day, but don't overwork or rush blindly into your business trying to do the greatest possible number of things in the shortest possible time. Don't try to do tomorrow's work today or do a week's work in a day. It's not the number of things you do but the effectiveness of each separate action that counts as success.

23) A day or two spent in contemplating the vision of what you want and in earnest thanksgiving that you are getting it will bring your mind into such close relationship with the Supreme that you'll make no mistake when you do act

24) The desire for enhancement is inherent in all nature; it's the fundamental impulse of the universe

25) The desire to rule for self gratification has been the curse of the world

26) No matter what profession you're in, if you give increase of life to others and make them aware of that fact, they will be attracted to you, they will support your work, you will fulfill their needs and you will get rich

27) Don't wait for the "ideal" opporunity to be all that you want to be. When an opportunity to be more than you are now is presented and you feel impelled toward it, take it. It's the first step toward an even greater opportunity.

finally, to become rich act now by;

form a clear and definte mental image of the things we wish to have, to do, or to become, and we must hold this image in our thoughts, while being deeply grateful to the Supreme that all our desires are granted to us. If we wish to get rich, we must use our leisure hours comtemplating our vision, in earnest thanksgiving that the reality is being given to us.

wisdom for the day

do all that you can do effectively everyday, but do it without haste, worry, or fear. Move as quickly as you can, but never hurry. Mistakes come from acting hastily, from acting in fear and doubt, or from forgetting the right motive, which is more life to all and less to none.
Remember: the moment you begin to hurry you cease to be a creator and become a competitor, dropping back to old plane again.
-adapted from "The New Science of Getting Rich" by Wallace D. Wattles

Marriage Cycle

Those who are already married may take it as a guide to improve your marriage & relationship ...DID I MARRY THE RIGHT PERSON?

During one of our seminars, a woman asked a common question. She said,'How do I know if I married the right person?'I noticed that there was a large man sitting next to her so I said, 'It depends. Is that your husband?' In all seriousness, she answered 'How do you know?'Let me answer this question because the chances are good that it's weighing on your mind. Here's the answer.EVERY relationship has a cycle. In the beginning, you fell in love with your spouse / partner . You anticipated their call, wanted their touch, and liked their idiosyncrasies (unconventional behavior/habit) .Falling in love with your spouse wasn't hard. In fact, it was a completely natural and spontaneous experience.

You didn't have to DO anything. That's why it's called 'falling' in love... Because it's happening TO YOU.People in love sometimes say, 'I was swept of my feet.' Think about the imagery of that __expression. It implies that you were just standing there; doing nothing, and then something came along and happened TO YOU. Falling in love is easy. It's a passive and spontaneous experience. But after a few years of marriage, the euphoria (excitement) of love fades....... .It's the natural cycle of EVERY relationship.

Slowly but surely, phone calls become a bother (if they come at all), touch is not always welcome (when it happens), and your spouse's idiosyncrasies, instead of being cute, drive you nuts. The symptoms of this stage vary with every relationship, but if you think about your marriage, you will notice a dramatic difference between the initial stage when you were in love and a much duller or even angry subsequent stage. At this point, you and/or your spouse might start asking, 'Did I marrythe right person?' And as you and your spouse reflect on the euphoria ofthe love you once had, you may begin to desire that experience with someone else. This is when marriages breakdown.
People blame their spouse for their unhappiness and look outside their marriage for fulfillment.Extramarital fulfillment comes in all shapes and sizes. Infidelity is the most obvious. But sometimes people turn to work, a hobby, a friendship, excessive TV, or abusive substances. But the answer to this dilemma does NOT lie outside your marriage. It lies within it. I'm not saying that you couldn't fall in love with someoneelse. You could. And TEMPORARILY you'd feel better. But you'd be in the same situation afew years later. Because (listen carefully to this):
THE KEY TO SUCCEEDING IN MARRIAGE IS NOT FINDING THE RIGHT PERSON; IT'S LEARNING TO LOVE THE PERSON YOU FOUND. SUSTAINING love is not a passive or spontaneous experience. It'll NEVER just happen to you. You can't 'find' LASTING love. You have to 'make' it day in and day out. That's why we have the __expression 'the labor oflove.' Because it takes time, effort, and energy. And most importantly, it takes WISDOM.
You have to know WHAT TO DO to make your marriage work. Make no mistake about it. Love is NOT a mystery. There are specificthings you can do (with or without your spouse) to succeed with yourmarriage..Just as there are physical laws of the universe (such as gravity),there are also laws for relationships. Just as the right diet and exerciseprogram makes you physically stronger, certain habits in your relationship WILL make your marriage stronger.

It's a direct cause and effect. If you know and apply the laws, the results are predictable. .. you can 'make love'. Love in marriage is indeed a 'decision'.. . Not just a feeling. Remember this always:'God determines who walks into your life. It is up to you to decide whoyou let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go.'

New Year once again...

Its 2009, and time is clicking very fast and time for everybody to make a new resolution, new goals, new dream and so much more that everyhope hope to achieve. Looking back, 2008 is very memorable and time to wake up for myself. I enjoyed some "success" for past 2 years and achieve some results in my career but i enjoyed it when i thought i have already succeeded.

Thus, already battle the war alone for past 6 years, i felt i had much more to achieve and in quick time, can't afford to let time past without achieving anything. i had my dad to be my mentor and gosh, its tough at the begginning, had to adjust myself and i learn not only in business but how to handle myself well.

It is fun to work together with him who are damn passionate in his career and i had to salute him. I will deliver my utmost dedication, delegation, passion, to my career. To my beloved wife, you sacrifice alot for me for past year and not to disrespect others, not much women out there do what you do for me, i know is not enough but to deliver the kind of results that bring more wealth and values only the way to reward. I will work damn hard and smart to ensure we had better lives this year, nothing less can be accepted.

Mom, i will become good boy under dad guidance, don't worry as u got works need to do from now on rather than stay at home, stay healthy..i love you.

Hey, gone are the past, now look forward and i had make my New Year Must Achieve Resolution..

This afternoon, while had lunch with colleague, i make a commitment with my ever passionate colleague, Cheng Cheng, to become 2009 MRDT member. I had talk enough but to prove myself i can step to another level in my career. During past days, i want to do but not enough action, always stop and go and wasted lots of time. This morning, Unit Manager, Lee Lai Ling had given me the 2009 MDRT production goals and it is RM 460,000 FYP. Hereby, i accepted the challenge from Cheng Cheng to become MDRT.

Next, i would like to have my car in the second half of the year, earlier i had placed booking for 2.4V Toyota Camry but later withdraw after accepting my dad advice. Now, here is my dream car..

Dad, i remember the words you said to me while we are in Kuching, i wil work hand in hand with you and for you to see own son to ride his way to the top podium to receive the Champion trophy for the year 2009. Nothing is impossible if we are determined to succeed.

Then, before the year end, will have a simple yet memorable wedding dinner that you won't forget. Don't worry, if i achieve what im suppose to achieved this year, my dad won't object as long as we don't waste unneccesary money. Then, you can have all the freedom at new home ok.

Happy New Year to my millionaire partner, Raymond, no more countdown ok, no more kiki lala, shared the same dream together and achieve our success within one year..

Also not to forget my other millionaire partners, Alex, Julia, Siti, Chang, Justina, Jasmine, Pauline, my beloved parents, best wishes to everybody.

Management Lesson

What you plant is what you reap.

A successful business man was growing old andknew it was time to choose a successor to take over the business. Instead of choosing one of his Directors or his children,he decided to do something different. He called all the youngexecutives in his company together. He said, 'It is time for me to step down and choose the next CEO.I have decided to choose one of you. 'The young executives wereshocked, but the boss continued. 'I am going to give each oneof you a SEED today - one very special SEED. I want you to plantthe seed, water it, and come back here one year from today withwhat you have grown from the seed I have given you. I will thenjudge the plants that you bring, and the one I choose will bethe next CEO.'One man, named Jim, was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed. He went home and excitedly, told his wife thestory. She helped him get a pot, soil and compost and he plantedthe seed. Everyday, he would water it and watch to see if it hadgrown. After about three weeks, some of the other executives beganto talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow. Jim kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew.

Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by, still nothing. By now, others were talking about their plants, but Jim didn't havea plant and he felt like a failure.Six months went by -- still nothing in Jim's pot. He just knew hehad killed his seed. Everyone else had trees and tall plants, buthe had nothing. Jim didn't say anything to his colleagues, however. He just kept watering and fertilizing the soil - He so wanted theseed to grow.A year finally went by and all the young executives of the companybrought their plants to the CEO for inspection.Jim told his wife that he wasn't going to take an empty pot.But she asked him to be honest about what happened. Jim felt sickto his stomach, it was going to be the most embarrassing momentof his life, but he knew his wife was right. He took his empty potto the board room.

When Jim arrived, he was amazed at the varietyof plants grown by the other executives. They were beautiful --in all shapes and sizes. Jim put his empty pot on the floor andmany of his colleagues laughed, a few felt sorry for him! When the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his youngexecutives.Jim just tried to hide in the back. 'My, what great plants, trees, and flowers you have grown,' said the CEO. 'Today one of you willbe appointed the next CEO!'All of a sudden, the CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room withhis empty pot. He ordered the Financial Director to bring him tothe front. Jim was terrified. He thought, 'The CEO knows I'm afailure! Maybe he will have me fired!'

When Jim got to the front, the CEO asked him what had happenedto his seed - Jim told him the story. The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim,and then announced to the young executives, 'Behold your nextChief Executive Officer! His name is Jim!' Jim couldn't believe it. Jim couldn't even growhis seed.'How could he be the new CEO?' the others said. Then the CEO said, 'One year ago today, I gave everyone in thisroom a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it,and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds;they were dead - it was not possible for them to grow.

All of you, except Jim, have brought me trees and plants andflowers. When you found that the seed would not grow, yousubstituted another seed for the one I gave you. Jim was theonly one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot withmy seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the newChief Executive Officer!'

* If you plant honesty, you will reap trust
* If you plant goodness, you will reap friends
* If you plant humility, you will reap greatness
* If you plant perseverance, you will reap contentment
* If you plant consideration, you will reap perspective
* If you plant hard work, you will reap success
* If you plant forgiveness, you will reap reconciliation
* If you plant faith in GOD, you will reap a harvestSo, be careful what you plant now;it will determine what you will reap later.

Think Big, The Trump Way to Success

I just back from Kuching recently and I got a pleasant gift from Raymond. He bought me a book by Mr Donald Trump, "THINK BIG". I love the title very much and very much associated to my current business. In return to say thanks to Raymond is to finish reading the entire book and i just finished in record time, 2 days. It is my own record time and i found that human can do whatever they want if they are focus and committed to do it.
Well, here are some points that i would like to share with you all that i learn from this book:

1) Getting rich is tough, and people get hurt. You have to be as tough as nails and willing to kick as if you want to win.

2) Passion towards your job. Don't think about how you can make money. Instead think about what you can produce or what service you can offer that is valuable and useful to people and to your community.

3) Your word is golden, shaking hands with someone means you are making a deal

4)Develop your gut instinct and act on them. You will have your biggest successes when you go with your gut. Nobody knows everything.

5) Create your own luck. Luck does not come often enough. So when it does, be sure to take full advantage of it, even if it means working very hard. When luck is on your side it is not the time to be modest or timid. It is the time to go for the biggest success you can possibly achieve. That is the true meaning of thinking big.

6) Get the best people to work for you and don't trust him. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

7) If you are worried about being liked, you are in trouble. It is more important to be respected and feared than to be liked by employees.

8) Give people to opportunity to excel. Do not be too hard when they make mistakes; everyone makes mistakes. Always be willing to give someone who wants to do better a second chance.

9) In life, you have failures, and there is really nothing wrong with that, but when you have a failure, try not to blame other people.

10) Keep up with the momentum that you have created. To get momentum, you must first focus on a specific goal with passion and intensity. Your problem can be temporary if you keep your momentum moving forward. Again, it is all in how you look at things and how you define your situation.

11) Sometimes things happen that make you question whether you should keep going. As long as you are enjoying what you are doing and are making progress, keep going.

12) Don't let your eye off the ball. Things cannot and will not continue downward forever; they will always turn around. Think about all the good things you are going to do in life. Keep focused on your goal and never give up. Besides, bad times bring great opportunities.

13) Your road to the top will have a great number of detours, changes in direction, twists and turns. Expect an exciting, adventorous ride on your way to the top. It is interesting, it is fun, and it is definitely not predictable!

14) Adopt a big attitude to go with your big thinking. Everything you do in life, do with attitude. You are what you think you are. Ditch your doubts as it leads to failure.

15) Be choosy about your friends. Only hang out with people who truly want you to be successful

Confidence is a Habit

When we get into the assertive habit, our automatic response to interpersonal situations is a feeling of confidence. As a result, we handle them with calm assurance and feel great. Confidence breeds confidence. If you want to get the same assertive habit, learn how to respond confidently to the following situations.
1. Handling Praise. It is natural to feel pleased when we are paid a compliment from people we care about but we should always remember that they are only the views of others and that such views can always change.
To handle compliments confidently, keep in mind these points...* watch for signs of praise-addiction. Praise is nice but it should not be necessary for our own self-esteem.* thank people simply. Don't dismiss it when someone offers you praise, however sincerely you believe it was meant.* use the technique of positive assertion and positive enquiry to find out what other people liked, so you can do more of it.
2. Handling Criticism. Criticism can hurt when it is expressed insensitively: "...I've only one criticism to make" or unskillfully: "...that was rubbish!"; or comes from people whose admiration we crave. When we are harshly criticised, it is tempting to either hit back at the critic or find someone else to blame. If we do neither of these, we may end up blaming ourselves and feeling bad.
The confident response to criticism is to...* get it straight in your head that this is only someone else's opinion. You can't make people like you.* take a wider view. Ask yourself how things will look in a month's time.* go to "the gallery". This is a place off-stage where you can consider what was said dispassionately.* try to swallow your pride and learn something from the criticism. You can do this by using the technique of negative enquiry and assertion.
3. Saying No. We all find ourselves occasionally in situations where we say "Yes" to others when we really want to say "No": the boss who uses the willing workhorse; the mother-in-law who invites herself to stay; the friend who insists on buying you another round. You may think you are being "nice" by going along with their request but the chances are they won't see it that way and will simply impose on you again. You have exposed your weakness for them to exploit.
Reacting angrily to what you might see as an unreasonable request is equally inappropriate. It may result in you being seen as hostile. In the workplace an angry refusal to do a piece of work may brand you as being un-cooperative. The only viable solution that does not upset others or make you feel bad is the confident one of saying No.
4. Overcoming Shyness. Overcoming shyness and acquiring poise requires a confident way of thinking together with the techniques of social manners. To learn the art of social poise?* make the first moves when you are in new surroundings; don't wait for others.* look relaxed and if you're not, make out you are* prepare by finding out who the guests are, what topics are likely to be of interest...then forget everything while you focus on them.* stay in low key, don't hog the conversation.* if you are being introduced to people who are on an equal social footing to you, mention what you have in common.* if you are being introduced to someone of a higher social status, stay neutral.* get genuinely interested in others whoever they are.* learn the tactic of freeing yourself from one person and joining another without causing upset.
5. Admitting You?re Wrong. It is fear of the consequences of "owning up" that leads many unassertive people to hesitate about admitting mistakes. Some of the irrational self-talk that takes place in the unassertive person is: "I must be perfect at all times" or "If I admit my mistakes, I'll lose my chance of promotion" or "They won't like me any more" or "I'll look bad in their eyes"
To confidently admit a mistake...* remind yourself of your right not to be perfect* own up as quickly and as simply as possible* apologise if the mistake has caused anyone any problems; if not, still apologise out of courtesy. Apologise once and leave it at that.* ask others for help to solve the problem* share the responsibility for putting things right.
6. Getting In Touch With Your Views. The aggressive and passive points of view see the world as hostile and competitive. Other people are there to be beaten or to beat us. The consequences of this view of the world is that we continually compare ourselves to others. In the aggressive stance, we seek to prove that we are better than others or, in the submissive mode, that they are better than us. The result is that we devalue our thoughts and feelings, believing that what others think or feel is more, or less, important than what we think or feel. We often make decisions about others according to their rank, status or position. The confident person makes no such value judgments. He or she gets in touch with their own point of view and expresses it openly and honestly.
7. Raising Your Self-Esteem. We are all children of the universe, born equal and with the same assertive rights. Our self?esteem does not change because of who we are with or because of what we do. We each have the assertive right to get in touch with our own views and opinions and express them.
* don't be overawed by others, no matter how loud they are, or what position in life they hold.* see yourself and others as being worthy in your own right, not because of what you do.* surround yourself with people who value you for who you are.* find a way to tune in to your own views. Don't feel you have to have a special, witty, clever, novel or trendy view. No view is also a view.* practice articulating both positive feelings and negative feelings.* find out which forms of expression you are best at.
Learn to apply these different responses in your own situations with other people and in time you will discover that you have mastered the valuable art of confidence.

The success Fact

There is a lot of confusion as to what exactly success is.

First, 'success' is different for each person.

Your idea of success is just as valid as my idea of what success is.

We have that right, to decide. What is success.

It kills me though that there are a lot of beliefs people hold that keep them from getting even their version of success.

So, for your reading, and pondering, pleasure, here are a few of the real facts about success.
Some of them aren't pretty :-)

Fact: Success looks a lot like work.
Fact: Work can be fun -- even easy.
Fact: You don't have to be beautiful.
Fact: You don't have to be a genius.
Fact: You don't have to be 'born with a gift.'
Fact: You don't have to be born rich.
Fact: You don't need more discipline.
Fact: You DO need a precise and easy to follow structure.
Fact: Success and Luck share this in common; Neither are ever 'found'. Both are prepared for and created.
Fact: Only you can decide what you really want.
Fact: Only you can decide why you must have it.
Fact: Only you can define what success means to you.
Fact: You must decide that you are responsible for your life.
Fact: You must decide specifically what you want.
Fact: You must decide specifically when you want it.
Fact: You must decide specifically the steps you need to take.
Fact: You must decide that you must succeed.
Fact: You must be willing to accept success when it comes.
Fact: You must take action.
Fact: You are not alone.

Christmas Carol...

You'd better watch out
You'd better not cry
You'd better keep cash
I'm telling you why:
Recession is coming to town.

It's hitting you once,
It's hitting you twice
It doesn't care if you've been careful and wise
Recession is coming to town

It's worthless if you've got shares
It's worthless if you've got bonds
It's safe when you've got cash in hand
So keep cash for goodness sake, HEY You'd better watch out

You'd better not cry
You'd better keep cash
I'm telling you why:
Recession is coming to town!

Finance products are confusing
Finance products are so vague
The banks make you bear the cost of risk
So keep out for goodness sake,

OH You'd better watch out
You'd better not cry
You'd better keep cash
I'm telling you why:
Recession is coming to town.

Im Home after a Tough Day

Hi brothers and sisters, im just back home approximately 8.30pm. It might still early but my mind was exchausted. Last nite i really did not slept much because my mind was working hard as i already anticipated a lot of tasks need to be done. During day and nite time on sunday, i was planning my work for today, think of the "words" to speak to my customers so not to hurt them.
Well, since i anticipate a tough day for today, i woke up at 6.45am as usual. Before i went to office, i make time to pray Kuan Yin at my wife house for blessing. I promised Kuan Yin that i work very hard everyday and i never let "her" dissapointed. I arrived office at 8am and used to be the first one in office and quickly began with my paperworks. The paperwork was really a bulk of it, always never get done, unfortunately the agency clerk cabut already, and when i logon to my company portal, it was system done. Shit, can't do anything about it, no complaint but to report to HQ as soon as possible and i manage to get it done after lunch. My boss seem so happy about it, got somebody to do the job for him.
Then, i called up my customer where his nephew admitted to General Hospital yesterday, he was a young man, honestly i never met him before yet he is my customer, his uncle used to deal with me and paid for his premium. This young man never back home to Tapah and was met with accident at about 4am according to police report and fell down to nearby drained and left coma. Then, his friends who went along him never wait for ambulance to arrive and sent his buddy to Hospital Ipoh by motorcycle, unbelievable.! He had an operation at about 8am yesterday to remove the blog clog inside the brain. The operation was successful and was sent to ICU for monitoring. He had about 100 relatives and friends outside the ICU, gosh, until u can't breath, so many of them. Then today, his uncle asked me to prepare transfer his nephew to private hospital, and i prepared but his uncle said not for time being citing the NEUROSERGEON fly all the way from KL to treat him and was one of his father best buddy. What a small world, thus i continue with my work.
Next, i have to prepare a customer who would like to meet me at my office, tell you something, in insurance, when customer come to your place usually not a good news, that what i encounter for the, past 6 years, so true it was piece of bad news. The customer came with all her family members meet me at my office, i already prepared all the documents to answer her objection and to satisfy her. She have some doubts about her investment linked policies and went to Ipoh RSC to seek clarification. The answers by the staff make her so worried and immediately call me and scold heavily by her. I stay cool, calm all the time during the tele conversation and arrange for a face to face meeting. i invite her to come to my office and she did make herself available today and we spend about 1 hours in discussion. I explained everything again to her together with hard facts, she was impressed with me and my tone voice was humble all the time, never raise my voice everytime. Done, she was smiled all the way and decided to continue the policy that she bought, i was so happy about it, all the "thinking" on sunday did not waste at all.
Once done, i went to collect premium at customer place and then Agency Director would like to meet me on my business plan as Unit Manager and we discussed about 2 hours. Then, im so tired but i have to be at OLYMPIA COLLEGE about 6.30pm to meet some of the students to assist them in writing thesis. But i arrived at 7.30pm, an hour late, i got to apologize to them and manage to guide them smoothly. I stop lecturing for a while coz i really don't have much time in my timetable and to be honest during my lecture days, im so popular among the students and almost everyone would like me to become their research supervisor. However, im only allowed to have 6 students maximum, left many of them dissapointed.
At 8.30pm im done, my mind blanked and i have to be back coz my mom always wait for me dinner and we chat during the dinner. I asked her to help me to buy bus ticket to KL on thusday to meet my dad. While im blogging, my mom went to my room and informed me that my brother Henry and his gf Karen got a new job which introduced by my dad and a good pay also. Hey bro, remember to treat your DAD a good lunch, he work so damn hard everyday, don't let him dissapointed ok. I will do the same.
Ok, im so tired, will go to bed soon..take care.
Have a nice day.

Quote of the Day

" Whatever you give a woman, she's going to multiply. If you give her sperm, she'll give you a baby.If you give her a house, she'll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal.If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her. So - if you give her any crap, you will receive a ton of shit. " Love and appreciate all the women in your life.
best wishes for the day...my timetable was pack for today, best of luck!!!

Ducks Quack and Eagle Soars

A real classic........a little something I would like to share with you :)

Ducks Quack, Eagles Soar.....................

No one can make you serve customers well. That's because great service is a choice. Harvey Mackay, tells a wonderful story about a cab driver that proved this point. He was waiting in line for a ride at the airport. When a cab pulled up, the first thing Harvey noticed was that the taxi was polished to a bright shine. Smartly dressed in a white shirt, black tie, and freshly pressed black slacks, the cab driver jumped out and rounded the car to open the back passenger door for Harvey .

He handed my friend a laminated card and said: 'I'm Wally, your driver. While I'm loading your bags in the trunk I'd like you to read my mission statement.' Taken aback, Harvey read the card. It said: Wally's Mission Statement: To get my customers to their destination in the quickest, safest and cheapest way possible in a friendly environment. This blew Harvey away. Especially when he noticed that the inside of the cab matched the outside. Spotlessly clean! As he slid behind the wheel, Wally said, 'Would you like a cup of coffee? I have a thermos of regular and one of decaf.' My friend said jokingly, 'No, I'd prefer a soft drink.' Wally smiled and said, 'No problem. I have a cooler up front with regular and Diet Coke, water and orange juice.' Almost stuttering, Harvey said, 'I'll take a Diet Coke.' Handing him his drink, Wally said, 'If you'd like something to read, I have The Wall Street Journal, Time, Sports Illustrated and USA Today.' As they were pulling away, Wally handed my friend another laminated card.. '

These are the stations I get and the music they play, if you'd like to listen to the radio.' And as if that weren't enough, Wally told Harvey that he had the air conditioning on and asked if the temperature was comfortable for him. Then he advised Harvey of the best route to his destination for that time of day. He also let him know that he'd be happy to chat and tell him about some of the sights or, if Harvey preferred, to leave him with his own thoughts. 'Tell me, Wally,' my amazed friend asked the driver, 'have you always served customers like this?' Wally smiled into the rear view mirror. 'No, not always. In fact, it's only been in the last two years. My first five years driving, I spent most of my time complaining like all the rest of the cabbies do. Then I heard the personal growth guru, Wayne Dyer, on the radio one day. He had just written a book called You'll See It When You Believe It. Dyer said that if you get up in the morning expecting to have a bad day, you'll rarely disappoint yourself.

He said, 'Stop complaining! Differentiate yourself from your competition. Don't be a duck. Be an eagle. Ducks quack and complain. Eagles soar above the crowd.'' 'That hit me right between the eyes,' said Wally. 'Dyer was really talking about me. I was always quacking and complaining, so I decided to change my attitude and become an eagle. I looked around at the other cabs and their drivers. The cabs were dirty, the drivers were unfriendly, and the customers were unhappy. So I decided to make some changes. I put in a few at a time. When my customers responded well, I did more.' 'I take it that has paid off for you,' Harvey said. 'It sure has,' Wally replied. 'My first year as an eagle, I doubled my income from the previous year.

This year I'll probably quadruple it. You were lucky to get me today. I don't sit at cabstands anymore. My customers call me for appointments on my cell phone or leave a message on my answering machine. If I can't pick them up myself, I get a reliable cabbie friend to do it and I take a piece of the action.' Wally was phenomenal.

He was running a limo service out of a Yellow Cab. I've probably told that story to more than fifty cab drivers over the years, and only two took the idea and ran with it. Whenever I go to their cities, I give them a call. The rest of the drivers quacked like ducks and told me all the reasons they couldn't do any of what I was suggesting. Wally the Cab Driver made a different choice. He decided to stop quacking like ducks and start soaring like eagles..

How about us? Smile, and the whole world smiles with you.....The ball is in our hands!

Class with Warren Buffet

2. He bought a small farm at age 14 with savings from delivering newspapers.
3. He still lives in the same small 3-bedroom house in mid-town Omaha , that he bought after he got married 50 years ago. He says that he has everything he needs in that house. His house does not have a wall or a fence.
4. He drives his own car everywhere and does not have a driver or security people around him.
5. He never travels by private jet, although he owns the world's largest private jet company.
6. His company, Berkshire Hathaway, owns 63 companies. He writes only one letter each year to the CEOs of these companies, giving them goals for the year. He never holds meetings or calls them on a regular basis. He has given his CEO's only two rules. Rule number 1: do not lose any of your share holder's money. Rule number 2: Do not forget rule number 1.
7. He does not socialize with the high society crowd. His past time after he gets home is to make himself some pop corn and watch Television.
8. Bill Gates, the world's richest man met him for the first time only 5 years ago. Bill Gates did not think he had anything in common with Warren Buffet. So he had scheduled his meeting only for half hour. But when Gates met him, the meeting lasted for ten hours and Bill Gates became a devotee of Warren Buffet.
9. Warren Buffet does not carry a cell phone, nor has a computer on his desk.

His advice to young people:
"Stay away from credit cards and invest in yourself and Remember:

Relatioinships as a Busy Street

In looking at your life, do you feel as if you're standing in the middle of a busy street and noisy traffic is careening all around you? You're so busy avoiding the chaos, you don't take the time to understand your entrapment.

But if you make your way out of the traffic by stepping up on the curb, you can observe all the movement and see that no matter how busy the street, there are clear areas -- breaks in the traffic. Next, imagine yourself going up to the fourth floor of a tall building and looking down upon the street. It looks different from here. There is direction and flow. And from this perspective it does not have much to do with you. It is just going on.

And if you go on up to the top of this tall building and look down you will see that the traffic is simply patterns. From here you can see other streets that are part of the patterns. Areas of difficulty, where the traffic gets stuck, are just part of the whole -- not good or bad, just part of life.

The more self-actualized you become, the more you can appreciate the flow, and jam-ups, and patterns as what is. You learn to become a witness of life, without getting caught up in the drama. This is learning to be in the world but not of it. From this perspective, you can see the confusion for what it is, and return to the street in the middle of the traffic without being affected by it.

Beckham head for Italian Pizza...

David Beckham will have only two months to make an impact at AC Milan after clinching a loan move to the Serie A giants on Thursday. The 33-year-old England midfielder will join Milan on January 7 and could make his debut four days later away to Roma.

David Beckham's presence failed to inspire Galaxy to great things during the MLS this season.
But he must return to the Los Angeles Galaxy by early March, to prepare for the Major League Soccer season, which is expected to start on March 19. All parties concerned are content with the terms of the deal, which was struck in Milan a week earlier than anticipated.

Milan director Umberto Gandini told Sky Sports News: ''The deal will be as long as David wishes. I think his commitment to MLS and Los Angeles Galaxy will take him back after a couple of months. I think he will have to go back to Galaxy by the time the MLS starts, and training before that.''

To Be Success You Must Think Success

You must know the type of the person who has the Midas touch. That person who, no matter what they do, come out smelling of roses. They don't work particularly harder than anyone else, they just seem to have that knack of 'striking gold'. Opportunities seem to come their way and, to be fair, they know how to make the best of them.

Other people seem to struggle financially no matter what they do. They may be able to make ends meet, but enjoying greater comforts in life, seems beyond their reach. No matter how hard they work, they cannot seem to break this cycle. They wonder why is it so hard for them to prosper financially, while it seems so easy and for others. What does the first type of person have that the second type doesn't?

The first type of person simply believes that they should be wealthy, and sees no reason, or problem why they should not be. This quality sounds quite simple, but it is actually very rare when you think about it.

Most of us are brought up to believe that if you work hard in your education, work hard in your job, then invest your money wisely, you will prosper financially. At school we are all told this. However you must ask yourself how many people become really wealthy because of their job? Some, but not many. Most people in employment, even with good jobs, are still dependant on that job. Employers will never pay you enough to be financially secure - if they did this, you would not work for them. Most people are paid just over what they need. I have heard of the term J.O.B. - Just Over Broke! Why are we told this then? Could it be that we are being manipulated? At school, children are never encouraged to start up their own businesses, or to take risks, but I digress.

The reasons for our financial struggles are buried deep within our subconscious minds in the form of our ideas and our beliefs. Many people deep down have an ingrained belief that if you have money it somehow makes you a bad person. They believe that the less money you have, the more spiritual and a good person you are. An over attachment to material things certainly could make it more challenging to progress spiritually. However it is also challenging to consider your spiritual wellbeing and the wellbeing of others around you if you are constantly worrying about your financial situation.

Probably for thousands of years, the only people who benefited from the idea that poverty is a noble thing are those who wanted to control others. The feudal lords through to today's large corporations all know this. It is much easier to control people who need your help, than those who have all their financial needs met. Ask yourself honestly how much has struggling to make ends meet ever benefited you or your family.

Many people also have an ingrained belief that making money is hard, and that they have to suffer for it, or that they have to struggle for it. They will have been told this many times, by their parents, at school, and those around them. They consequently live their lives, and made their decisions based on this. Two problems then arise because of this mindset. Either the person does not try to make big money because they believe it is too difficult, or they choose to make money, but do it the hard way, and either give up, or content themselves with making a little. Simply believing that you can make money without working yourself to the bone, opens up this possibility.

Many of these limiting beliefs are also inherited by the family. Your parents may tell you many times through your impressionable childhood days that making money is too difficult, and rich people are bad etc. They were probably told the same by their parents, who were told the same by their parents. And if you are not careful, you could pass this same negative mind set about money down to your children. If you don't owe it to yourself, then don't you at least owe it to your children to allow them to think freely, in a way that allows them to build wealth, should they choose to? The best way is to lead by example. Allow yourself to dream, and work towards that dream.

Some people are used to living with a victim state of mind. They may feel uncomfortable with the idea of taking responsibility for their lives. That idea may scare them because they cannot then use any excuses, cannot blame anything else. Some people have been brought up with a belief that a "poor me" attitude will bring them certain benefits. If they appear to be suffering, people will care for them because they feel sorry for them. However people will only help you a certain amount. If you want the good things in life, then you must be prepared to take responsibility for your actions, whether things are going well or not, and work towards getting them.

The final barrier to your financial success may be down to fears about what happens when you do have money. You may fear being harassed by so called 'friends'. You may fear having to deal with financial institutions in order to look after your money. You may even fear that you cannot handle wealth. However life is not all about money. You should become financially wealthy not just because of money, but because of the qualities you need to develop within yourself in order to become financially wealthy. Whilst building up your empire, you will learn how to deal with people trying to take your money. You will learn how to deal with financial institutions, and how to handle it. It takes time to make lots of money, but it certainly can be done. What you learn whilst doing this, will prepare you for this type of lifestyle. And if you have been clever and worked hard, you will automatically respect this money, as you know the effort you put in to achieve it. The real worry is for those who suddenly come into a lot of money, such as winning the lottery, or a large inheritance. These people may still have all the limiting beliefs, and have no idea what to do with the money. Their subconscious mind will make decisions that will sabotage this wealth, unless they quickly change their mindset. How many times have you heard about someone winning the lottery, spending all the money over a relatively short space of time, and then saying they wished they never won it in the first place? That is because they simply did not have the time to develop themselves to be able to handle this wealth, and so their minds acted in a way to make them 'comfortable' again - comfortably poor!

So there you have it, by simply changing your mind set, you can give yourself a lot better chance of attaining wealth and success. You can remove the mental barriers and then be able to really work towards the financial success that you deserve. Hypnosis can help you achieve this quite quickly and easily. I'll bet you that if you removed all the wealth from someone like Bill Gates, he would quickly bounce back, should he choose to. He would not sit back and make excuses and think 'What is the point, it'll all go wrong anyway'. He would go out there and make things happen, because he believes that he can make things happen. Believing that it can be done is half the battle. Without the belief, you are never going to take the actions necessary to make it happen.

30th Annivesary Jokes

When Bill and Hillary C. first got married, Bill said, I am putting a box under our bed. You must promise never to look in it.' In all their 30 years of marriage, Hillary never looked.

However, on the afternoon of their 30th anniversary, curiosity got the better of her and she lifted the lid and peeked inside. In the box there were 3 empty beer cans and $1,874.25 in cash. After dinner, Hillary could no longer contain her guilt and she confessed, saying, 'I am so sorry.
For all these years I kept my promise and never looked in the box under our bed. However, today the temptation was too much and I gave in. But now I need to know why do you keep the empty cans in the box?' Bill thought for a while and said, 'I guess that after all these years you deserve to know the truth.

Whenever I was unfaithful to you, I put an empty beer can in the box under the bed to remind myself not to do it again.'Hillary was shocked, but said, 'I am very disappointed and saddened, but I guess after all those years away from home on the road, temptation does happen and I guess that 3 times is not that bad considering the number of years we've been together.'

They hugged and made their peace. A little while later, Hillary asked Bill, 'So why do you have all that money in the box?' Bill answered, 'Well, whenever the box filled up with empty cans, I took them to the recycling center and redeemed them for cash.'

What makes entreprenuer successful?

The field of information marketing has opened doors to limitless opportunities for lucrative online, home-based businesses. Yet, according to the Small Business Association more than half of all new businesses still continue to fail. There are many reasons why new businesses fail to succeed. But the biggest reason is unsuccessful entrepreneurs fail to take action. Many entrepreneurs face too many distractions, a lack of knowledge, competing priorities, poor planning and time management issues, to name a few.

1. Good is Good Enough
Knowing when to stop trying to achieve perfection is an important part of speed implementation. Trying to be perfect is near impossible and, in the mean time, someone else is capitalizing on your idea. Sometimes it's ok to learn from mistakes as you go.

2. High Payoff Focus
Understanding the difference between a distraction and a high payoff opportunity is like money in the bank. Focus your time and energy on the things that get you results quickly.

3. Power Planning
By creating a written plan and strategy for success, you will be able to identify weaknesses and potential roadblocks. This will also help you delegate to others. Create a checklist and a timeline for when tasks need to be done. Find ways to delegate to others, and research opportunities to use outside resources that will reduce the time you spend on tasks like billing, website updates and fielding of phone calls. Interns, stay-at-home moms and retirees can make great part-time team members.

4. Speed Decision Making
Flip-flopping, procrastinating and dragging your feet will only sap your momentum. Gather important information such as:
- How much money will it cost?- How much time will it take?- How do I make my money back?
Make a decision based on the facts you gather and move on.

5. Ruthless Time Management
Great time managers have a crystal-clear focus on what's important. They know how to implement boundaries so they don't get distracted. Try building regular time into your schedule to accomplish tasks related to your new venture and stick to that schedule.

Handling the Crisis du jour

The world thrives on one crisis after another. When one crisis has run its course, news people come up others to take its place. This is as predictable as the sunrise.

This kind of "news" brings out all the gurus, self-appointed "experts", analysts and "preachers of doom" only too willing to share their views on any given subject. However articulate they may be, seldom, if ever, do they offer any viable solution to the problem. And if they do, it is immediately challenged with hostility and rejection.

Is there a real solution? Of course there is! It has been articulated by serious thinkers throughout history but nobody is listening. In more recent times, it has been presented by Dr. Einstein when he noted that, "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. We must learn to see the world anew".

Every problem, every crisis, every conflict, whether personal, professional, corporate, national or international can only be resolved by this self-evident rule. However difficult it may seem, the law demands that we see the troubled world from a completely opposite point of view. The opposite of chaos, turmoil and discord is harmony, balance and perpetual well being.

Where does all this take place? Think about it. The only PLACE it can occur is in your conscious awareness. Your experiences take place within you; they are not a "something" that occurs externally "out there" somewhere. This is your "mindset" which, by definition, "determines and influences events and circumstances" (Webster).

This new, opposite world is embodied in the universe which is defined by Webster as,"The whole body of things observed or assumed; including the whole without limit or exception; accruing everywhere". There is no room for chaos, confusion or conflict here!

QUESTION: The infinite universe, being the only reality, wherein does this "thing" they call a "crisis" come from?

ANSWER: It doesn't come from anywhere; it is merely the unawareness or absence of the answer. It can have no more real existence than a counterfeit dollar bill can have without there being a genuine dollar bill to be a counterfeit of.

What is termed a "crisis" is only the absence or unawareness of the answer. It is an illusory, misinterpretation of the harmony and balance already in full operation in the universe of which we are an inexorable part. In reality, the only way we can experience this illusory "thing" they call a crisis is to accept it as real. To the degree that we can separate ourselves from it and identify ourselves with the "controlling forces of the universe without limit or exception", can we prove it in the "events and circumstances" that comprise our life experiences.

This is more than a nice comfortable philosophical, abstract or academic statement. It is the LAW! "Law" is defined by Webster as, "A rule or principle that always works and is enforced by a governing authority".
