Do we have confident?

Is there anything you can do in one day to improve your confidence? Yes, there is. In fact, there are a lot of things you can do in one day. Transformation can happen almost instantly, if you are willing to play the game.

Over the next few minutes, visualize a couple of things you have ahead of you today or tomorrow. Would you like to have more confidence at those things? Spend a few minutes with each one but visualize your doing it as if you are fully confident. Run it like a movie in your head. Picture yourself relaxed and strong, and enjoying what you are doing. You are fully capable, and others are looking to you for reassurance and guidance.

Visualizing can help you with job interviews, meeting new people, and doing better work. It can help you with sports or music performance and any other task you would like to do better. It can help you get over your fears and anxiety.

As you go through your day today, watch your posture and body language. When you look at other people on the street, you can partly tell who is confident and important by how they carry themselves. Today, be one of those confident people. Hold your shoulders back and sit or stand tall and relaxed. Make eye contact with people and smile more easily. Reach out to shake people's hands or touch them.

Speak today like a winner, to yourself and to others. For today, banish thoughts of "I can't," and replace them with, "I can!" If someone asks you to do something you really don't know how to do, then say, "I can learn how to do that."

Failures can take us in directions we would not have gone before. A lost job often leads to a better one. No job often leads to self employment, and has been the beginning of many highly successful businesses. It is common to resist change, because it's the unknown, but change, even unfortunate change, brings with it new opportunities. Sometimes it is only failure that brings us those opportunities. So stop thinking about failures and instill confidence in yourself. Self confidence can help you gain new heights in life and achieve greater things that you did not even dream about earlier. Stop thinking of the failures from this moment.

When you find yourself doubting what you can do, there is one more trick you can use, and that is to "act as if." Pretend you are an actor playing a role, and the role you are playing is of a confident person. You might even imagine what one of your favorite people would do or say, if they were in your place right now. How would a former president apply for a job? How would an actor ask someone out on a date? Would a successful business person hesitate at their office? Have fun with it. Have your thoughts reflect confidence for one day, and you will see barriers crumble. Once you know you can do things, that knowledge cannot be taken away.

hi anon,
its never easy but when we presevere and keep doing what we do, confident will always come along. for me, there is only a thin line between have or no haves confident. i experience both of that. When we are positive, and courage to try and dare to fail, confident always lies within you.
